Pagemaster has developed two distinctive Clickcharge photocopier rental plans. Each plan is designed to offer our customers the flexibility to tailor their Clickcharge rental to suit their particular company needs.

PHOTOCOPIER VARIABLE PLAN
Where photocopier usage is consistent and is not expected to vary greatly from month to month we recommend the Pagemaster Variable Plan. This offers a fixed Clickcharge per copy and a contract term which is expressed in either total months or total usage, whichever occurs first. Customers agree to a minimum monthly copy charge based on their historical photocopier usage patterns and to a total rental period, usually from two to five years.

Regardless of which contract maturity is reached first, Pagemaster offers its customers the exclusive Walk or Talk option. Customers may elect to immediately upgrade to new equipment, negotiate extended rental on their existing equipment or simply walk away. There is no end of rental residual value to pay, simply return the equipment to the original supplier.

PHOTOCOPIER VOLUME PLAN
Where photocopier usage varies or is cyclic we recommend our Clickcharge Volume Plan. This plan is unique to Pagemaster and offers customers bands of volume, the Clickcharge per copy for each band reducing as photocopier usage increases. This produces a cost per page economy of scale for higher volume users whilst still retaining the short terming effects of the Variable Plan.

The Volume Plan is especially suited to high usage customers such as print shops, universities and large corporate offices. The Clickcharge bands enable those customers to reduce their cost per page outlay in peak periods or when tendering for large proposals. Pagemaster is also able to vary the number of usage bands and the volume steps to suit individual customer requirements.
